I'm really taking some time to catch up on my blogging. And, as I read many action research templates, I see some of the extreme detail that is going into some of these. The problem is, if I had the answers and knew exactly how I was going to raise our math scores, I would have done it last year. So, my project has to start with researching different methods, then implementing them. Plus, I'm planning to work with my team to work out how we will all share the load. So I have a lot of work to do....but I have an awesome team and I know that we're up to the challenge.
